Shipping and returns

Delivery

We currently ship to mainland Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. Be sure to check if your country is included during the checkout process.

Delivery time is between 4 and 6 working days. We do our best to respect these times.

In Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands delivery costs are €5 for delivery to a delivery point and €6 for home delivery without a signature.

The amount will be indicated in your purchase tunnel when you place your order.

Returns

Returns are only possible online, within 14 days of receipt of your order.

A €5 returns fee will be deducted from your refund.

To make your return, log in to your Xandres Preloved account.

You will be able to generate a shipping label in the ‘My orders’ section.

Wrap the item(s) carefully and include your delivery note in the parcel.

Then drop off your returns parcel at the location indicated on your returns label.

You have 14 days to send your parcel to our warehouse.

Items returned must be in the original condition in which they were purchased, with the label attached to the product, and must not have been damaged, stained, washed, altered or worn (with the exception of the fitting).

Once the return has been received and validated by our teams, the refund will be made using the same method of payment as that used for the purchase. This may take a few days to appear on your bank statement.
